The work must be completed by April 30, 2027.Bids may be submitted electronically via the Bonfire Procurement Portal or as sealed bids delivered to the Summit County Service Area #3 office at 629 Parkway Drive, Park City, UT 84098. All bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM on May 6, 2026 at which time bidding will be closed. Late submissions will be deemed non-responsive and will not be accepted.Copies of the Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans will be available no later than April 22, 2026, on the Summit County Service Area #3 website (https://www.summitcountyutah.gov/733/Service-Area-3) and via the Bonfire Procurement Portal.
