REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NOTICE The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below: Solicitation Number: RFQ 2026-057 On-Call General Engineering Services Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.
