The Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide interior and exterior painting services on an indefinite quantity, as-needed basis for HHA-owned, HHA-affiliated, and HHA-managed properties located within the City of Harrisburg.The selected Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, and incidental items necessary to perform the work in accordance with HHA specifications and standards. HHA shall provide paint and designated painting-related consumable materials, including but not limited to primers, stain-blocking products, drywall compound, patch materials, and caulking, as specified in the solicitation documents.Work will be assigned through Request for Service (RFS) forms, Task Orders, or other written authorizations issued by HHA. HHA does not guarantee any minimum quantity or dollar amount of work under this Contract and reserves the right to award contracts to one or more Contractors as determined to be in the best interest of the Authority.A mandatory pre-bid site visit and conference will be conducted as identified in the solicitation documents. Attendance by an authorized representative of the bidder is required in order to submit a bid. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid site visit and sign the attendance sheet will render the bid non-responsive and ineligible for award.
