Contractor shall provide plumbing services for OPWDD campus facilities and community residences in Queens County during and after normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Campus & Community Plumbing Services. References, experience, and applicable insurances are required. Bernard Fineson DDSOO intends to award a contract to the most responsible and responsive contractor that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. Prevailing Wage will apply. Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.
