OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Finger Lakes DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Psychiatric Services at several sites located in Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne Counties. The Scope of Work includes on-site psychiatric care and consultative services for Individuals with developmental disabilities. Telehealth services may be requested but are not guaranteed. OPWDD is looking for a qualified treatment provider who can commit to the full term of the contract. Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. To complete the work as listed in the Qualifications and Scope of Work, all bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or one of its principals have at least one (1) year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and at least (1) one year of experience as a NY State licensed Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Each Treatment Provider, who is not a principal, should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that they have at least one (1) year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and at least (1) one year of experience as a NY State licensed Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Estimated Annual Cost. Prevailing Wage will not apply. Bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
