The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for a vendor to print 225 copies guides and in full color, 208 8.5x11 letters in black and white, and 208 envelopes in black and white The artwork is 20 pages plus the cover for a total of 24 pages. The artwork has bleeds. Pages 17-20 (two sheets) need to be perforated. The booklet needs to be saddle-stitched. Approximately 208 guides will be put into a 9"x12" white envelope (with the DAS return address) and a copy of the DBFR letter. The packages will be mailed Presort Standard. IMPORTANT: The vendor must front the postage cost and supply the postage bill on a separate line item on the invoice. Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable. Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.
