    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received electronically on PlanetBids until 2:00 pm local time on July 23, 2026, for furnishing all labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the:2026 Annual Asphalt Concrete Overlay Project, Project #93018Immediately after 2:00 o’clock, on said July 23, 2026, the bids results will automatically be made public in the bid management system upon bid closing. Bids shall be prepared in strict conformance with the Instructions to Bidders. No hard copies of bid proposals will be accepted by the City of Eastvale.Description of WorkThe proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following:Asphalt concrete shall be placed on existing roads within the City of Eastvale. Improvements include grinding of pavement, placement of rubberized asphalt concrete, localized street reconstruction, utility cover adjustments and replacement of traffic striping, markers and markings. Location of work includes various areas throughout the City of Eastvale.Obtaining Contract DocumentsPlans, specifications and other contract documents may be viewed on PlanetBids (https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/43976/portal-home). Interested bidders must register with PlanetBids to be placed on the Planholder list.Submission of BidsBids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms available to registered vendors at www.eastvaleca.gov by selecting “RFP Postings” under “Business” on the home page. Plans, specifications and other contract documents may be downloaded with a fee.Electronic modifications to or withdrawal of bids may be made by the bidder prior to the bid closing deadline. All bids must be submitted no later than the time prescribed. The bidder is wholly responsible to submit their electronic bid on time. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully.
