The standard generator annual PM must include, at a minimum, the following: * All the tests and inspections on a comprehensive checklist * Take and analyze fluid samples: engine lube and coolant * Change the engine lube and filters * Provide a comprehensive PM Inspection Report, to include receiving a copy of the fluid analysis reports from the lab. * When repairs are recommended, quote the repairs needed and get approval prior to doing the additional work. The ATS inspection must include, at a minimum, the following: * Thermography scan/test * Test Controls functions * Visually inspect and infrared inspect the switch components * Clean all that is safe to do so The ATS inspection should be performed while on site for scheduled service.
