Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform milling, paving and site work. This contract is broken up into a base bid and 3 alternates. The Base bid involves the work required to mill and pave the university bus garage and some site work associated with storm drainage. Alternate 1 includes the work associated with the mill and pave of Lot U. Alternate 2 includes the work associated with the mill and pave of lot LT South. Alternate 3 includes the work associated with the mill and pave of lot O1. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday March 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University’s website for parking instructions. Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
