NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS CANYON COURT SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF AUBURN, CALIFORNIA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Auburn as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, 1225 Lincoln Way, Auburn, California 95603 up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., on weekday the 15th day of May, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 p.m. on the 15th day of May, 2026, in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 8. The date and time shall be extended by no less than 72 hours if the officer, department, or Project Manager issues any material changes, additions, or deletions to the invitation later than 72 hours prior to the bid closing. Any bids received after the time specified above or any extension due to material changes shall be returned unopened. Project Name: CANYON COURT SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Project Description: The proposed Canyon Court Sewer Improvement Project consists of replacing an existing sewer pump station located at 570 Canyon Ct in the City of Auburn, CA. Opinion of Probable Cost: $1,450,000 Copies of the plans, specifications, and contract documents are available from the City of Auburn, Public Works Department through the City’s website at https://www.auburn.ca.gov/Bids.aspx. Contract Documents are also available for downloading through Public Purchase at https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/auburn,ca/buyer/public/home. Contractors submitting bids are strongly encouraged to register as a City of Auburn vendor through Public Purchase. Hard copies of plans, specifications, and contract documents are not available from the City.
