City of Chamblee, Georgia is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2026 CHAMBLEE LMIG ROADWAY RESURFACING Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Chamblee City Hall located at 3518 Broad Street, Chamblee, Georgia, until 10:00 A.M. local time, June 30, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work: Milling of existing asphalt pavement, patching of asphalt pavement (as required), new asphalt pavement, crack sealing (as required), new roadway striping, raising, or lowering structures, and traffic control necessary to install the authorized work on various streets within the City of Chamblee. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds Georgia State Contractor's License, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-41. All required federal, state, and local permits as well as required easements or rights of way for the project will be obtained prior to Construction.
