    This project includes a total of approximately 76,000 syds of concrete pavement repair with related joint repair, drainage, and restoration work on a number of locations throughout Macomb County. Plans and Specifications will be on file and will be available on or after April 8th, 2026, electronically for no fee. All downloadable files are available on Bid Express®. Prospective bidders must utilize Bid Express® to access the plans and proposal from the website www.bidexpress.com. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bid through Bid Express®. No proposals will be accepted by email, mail or in-person.
