    Description

    This project will include the installation of up to 34 new street trees in various locations within the City of Bellevue Right-of-Way. Removal of old tree stumps will be a significant part of the project. Please see provided maps and tree list for project locations and details. This project will be unit priced time and materials for work completed, with a “not to exceed” upper limit. Traffic control will be required for this project. Traffic control including lane closure may be required for select project locations. The City will supply a ROW permit with approved traffic control plans that you are welcome to use for this project. For locations without approved plans for lane closure, all work will need to be conducted from the sidewalk with a sidewalk spotter. It is contractor responsibility to provide all traffic control needed to meet requirements set forth in the permit and as required by the City of Bellevue ROW Inspector. Refer to notes in tree list and section Q. below for more detail. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, disposal, service operations, and expertise required to complete this project for the City of Bellevue in accordance with specifications and site plans as follows.
