    Description

    The Sedalia Water and Sanitation District (“District”) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the construction of water system infrastructure improvements within the District service area in Sedalia, Colorado. The Project is intended to support ongoing system reliability, operational efficiency, fire protection, and future growth within the District. This project has been funded by both Douglas County American Rescue Plan Act "ARPA" Funds and Federal USDA Rural Development Funds. The Work generally consists of installation and replacement of potable water infrastructure, including but not limited to water mains, valves, hydrants, fittings, service connections, emergency interconnect vault, trenchless installation, site restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and associated appurtenances. Additional bid alternate Phase II work may include above-ground water storage tank improvements, utility coordination, roadway restoration, and other related infrastructure improvements as identified in the Contract Documents. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all plans, specifications, addenda, and bid requirements prior to submission. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
