The organization serves and maintains locations in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York Counties.All quotes and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the individual agencies listed herein. All costs incurred by proposers in the development of their quotes in response to this RFQ are the sole responsibility of the quoting firms. No such costs will be reimbursed by the agency or any individual agency involved in this procurement. Furthermore, proposers must not include such costs as part of their quotes to perform any work described in this solicitation.
