The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide As-Needed Engineering Services. Tampa Bay Water intends to award a minimum of ten (10) contracts. Individual contract amounts will be $1.25 million each, with an additional proviso that the Board delegate to the General Manager authorization to issue individual task orders in the amount not to exceed $500,000.00 or the aggregate contract limit, whichever is smaller, depending on the quantity and quality of responses received. The Proposer selected is expected to have appropriately experienced staff and resources to provide comprehensive, reliable products and services regarding the Project and will be required to demonstrate this via the submittal documents and/or associated interviews, if deemed necessary.
