Spalding County is not responsible for bids not being delivered due to delivery and/ or postal services. Upon receipt of proposals, a review team will evaluate the proposals and recommend to the Board of Commissioners the top-ranked firm or firms for an interview. Attendance at the pre-bid site visit on June 15, 2026 starting at 10:00 AM and lasting until 11:00 AM will be mandatory to bid.
