The SCUCISD is accepting sealed Proposals to provide Maintenance & Operation Parts, Supplies, Equipment & Services on an “as needed basis” in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions, contained in this Solicitation. The District intends to award multiple five-year vendor contracts with no minimum guaranteed item quantities or dollar amounts.Awarded contracts shall include percentage discount off Catalog, Shelf or Retail pricing agreement for materials as well as fixed rates for services offered, such as, instrument repairs, workshops, consulting, or other types of services. If a bidder cannot list one specific discount percentage, vendors are free to submit “various discounts offered or call for price quote” on the bid submittal sheet. The purpose of this Proposal is to provide a list of vendors for our campus and department customers, with pre-established terms and conditions, including fixed rates, discount off catalog price; and shipping and handling charges/fees if any.NOTE: Initial opening was held on April 30, 2022, 2:00 PM, local time. Additional proposals may be received and opened on an incremental basis until the end of the life of the bid on April 30, 2027, 2:00 PM.*** Vendors currently holding an active, Awarded Contract under Solicitation RFP# 22-019S Maintenance & Operation Parts, Supplies, Equipment & Services are exempt from submitting a bid.
