Construction Cost Estimate: $300,000.00 The bid documents will be available 5:00 PM on June 23, 2026 on the BidNet Direct website . A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 11:00 AM on July 1, 2026. Please meet in the front of the building at 540 Arapeen Dr., SLC.
