A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on June 30, 2026. Please meet at the NE corner of the Union Building near the bus area located at 200 S Central Campus Dr. All contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend this meeting. Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on July 15, 2026 through the BidNet Direct website. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches the BidNet Direct website before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids the BidNet Direct website. Bids may require the uploading of attachments. And all other items necessary to do work described in the plans.
