    Description

    The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Northwest Region, requires for the removal and lawful disposal of deceased Whitetail Deer carcasses, or major parts thereof, which are on or within 75 yards of a township or city roadway which is publicly maintained and open to the use of the public for vehicular travel (excluding all State Routes) within the specified townships of Butler, Lawrence, Clarion, Jefferson, Venango, Mercer, Crawford, and Erie County, Pennsylvania. Services not to be performed in any county or township included in established Disease Management Areas. (see attached maps) When the contractor attempts to pick up a deer carcass, and it is gone upon arrival, the contractor will be paid at the rate of 25% of the bid price.
