Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Zachary Whitenight (PGC Engineering Division) by phone at 717-787-4250 Ext. 73626 or by email: zwhitenigh@pa.gov. Any questions concerning completion of the electronic Bid should be directed to the PGC Contracts and Procurement Division at 717-787-6594. Bidders should visit the site to ascertain the pertinent conditions such as access, site contours, proximity of utilities, and general site conditions in the work area.
