    Description

    The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing a comprehensive, secure, and scalable software solution to support the statewide 24/7 Sobriety Program for the State of Wyoming,Office of the Attorney General (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on July 15, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on June 22, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation. The Wyoming Procurement Office will not email, report over the phone, fax or mail this information to a bidder or proposer.
