Notice is hearby given that Buffalo State University if requesting proposals for a Parking Management Solution. The result of this RFP will be used to award a three (3) year contract, with the option to renew for two (2) additional, one (1) year terms, to the bidder detrmined to be most qualified. This project if requested to replace Auto Park parking software which relies on the Central Police Services CHARMS network. CPS will be sunsetting CHARMS as of November 2026. Software is necessary to maintain parking enforcement and special event parking at SUNY Buffalo State University. Software must provide the necessary tools to optmize parking on campus.
