    Description

    26-010 Mid-day janitorial services at the Riverside DMV field office.  Term:  Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Estimated budget cost $120,852.00 for three (3) year term Current Contractor: Premier Property Preservation, LLC. Current Contract Total: $41,200.00.        Current Contract Monthly Service Cost: Mid-Day Janitorial Services: $1,144.46. New Projected Term Dates: 7/1/2026 through 6/30/2029. Please note that a mandatory pre-bid conference walkthrough is scheduled for this project (see Schedule of Events below for date and time). In order for a submitted bid package to be accepted and considered, interested bidders are REQUIRED to attend the walkthrough. Bid packages that are received with no proof of attendance will automatically be rejected. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services
