    Description

The trail is a 12-foot-wide off-street shared-use path with shoulders on both sides. The trail is approximately 0.7 miles from Trinity Boulevard/Skyview Drive to the intersection of CentrePort Trail Ph 1A and Arlington River Legacy Trail.CentrePort Trail Phase 1B was previously included as a bid alternate under the CentrePort Phase 1 project. However, due to funding limitations at the time, the construction contract for this trail segment wasn’t awarded. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a qualified engineering consultant to modify the original bid package to separate this trail segment into a standalone package in accordance with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) 2024 specification, assist with the bidding process, and perform construction administration throughout the construction phase.
