    The Lone Star College System ("LSCS" or "The System") enrolls over 80,000 credit students each semester providing high-quality, low-cost academic transfer and career training education. It is the intent of this bid to establish a shelf or catalog discount for system-wide purchases of items. Items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by any of our campuses and departments throughout the Lone Star College System. Please direct any questions regarding this RFP to Janet Bradley, Commodity Manager through the questions and answers tab. Request for Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Lone Star College System eBid system. Bidders are required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all bid terms. The Lone Star College System will be accepting proposals on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFP until it is opened at 1:00 p.m. CST March 25, 2026.
