Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal.
