LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT Project Location: 1601 S. Graham Rd., College Station, TX 77845 Please Note: Working hours for this project will be M-F between the hours of 7 AM and 4:30 PM The project consists of removing and replacing the existing primary access gate to the College Station Utilities Electric yard. Work includes installation of a new exterior chain-link sliding gate, a new barrier arm gate, and construction of a concrete median with associated electrical conduit and utility routing. Concrete driveway modifications and pavement work will be required to accommodate the proposed gate layout and median improvements. Modifications and/or relocation of the adjacent fence line are anticipated to accommodate the new gate configuration.
