The intent is to award a one-year contract for services with the option of 4, one-year extensions.Our previous mowing season consisted of 32 weeks April through November. Services are to start in July 2026 and run through October 2026, and should expect to resume mid-March 2027 to the beginning of April 2027. Weather will determine the actual length of the 2026-2027 season. Mulch is to be done once a year, where applicable, and is to be included in the bid. Billing will happen monthly.
