The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to construct a new boat ramp at Highpoint Park located at 7925 Highway 2311, Panama City, FL 32404.

The project may be reimbursed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Grant Agreement 25051. Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FWC.
