    Description

Air Handler Service Contract Term Dates: 6/01/2026 - 7/31/2027 with one (1) additional 1 year renewals. --- Q&A --- Q1: Would we be bidding only on servicing the units, or would we be bidding on maintenance, replacement and labor? Please let me know in detail what exactly this bid is requesting. OR is it just our general pricing? A1: We are looking to establish an HVAC service Maintenance Agreement with a vendor. We have several Air Handler Units that require Preventative Maintenance. I am requesting a service agreement (or plan) that details preventative maintenance on the Air Handler Units. The plan needs to be a calendar year in length detailed with dates and times of service. In addition, a basic plan will highlight what preventative maintenance will be done to the units. In the event that a motor needs to be replaced, the plan should also indicate a reduced rate for labor and/or parts as a general agreement that we are working together. We do have two Chillers as well as pumps in the Chiller Room, but those are not in the scope of work preventative maintenance. We are planning for ESC-2 to replace filters as needed, so that does not need to be listed in the scope of work. Submitted: 4/7/2026 01:26:39 PM (CT) Q2: There is no scope of work per say in the RFP: It just mentions HVAC Systems Maintenance, Equipment, Parts, & Services. Is there a equipment list that we are to perform maintenance on. If so then does the ESC 2 have a SOW for each piece of equipment? If not as contractors we will not be bidding apples to apples. A2: Please click the link to see the equipment type and model numbers. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Jk1fao9221L0ndI-iNfOKeshIYI7-IRA?usp=drive_link Submitted: 4/6/2026 09:12:44 AM (CT) Q3: I do not find the list of AHU or HVAC Equipment in the files. I may be over looking it. Can I get the list of AHU or HVAC Equipment covered under this Contract?
