    INTRODUCTION
    The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to construct a new boat ramp at the McKenzie boat ramp located at 1501 McKenzie Road, Panama City, FL 32409.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Vendors shall be Florida licensed General Contractor or Marine Contractor. Sub-Contractors shall be Florida licensed in their trade. Vendors shall identify subcontractors that are providing services requiring a license under Florida law.  
    Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if not accompanied by proof of State of Florida Contractor’s License.
