Description
Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (“District”) requests Statements of Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) from qualified firms to provide archaeological monitoring services, including, but not limited to construction worker trainer, site monitoring, reporting, and archaeological testing for the Franklin Elementary School – Early Education Classrooms and Site Improvements Project – New Construction Project (Project).
This Project is subject to the March 2, 2017, Project Labor Agreement by and between the District and Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (PLA). A copy of the PLA is included in “Exhibit B – Project Labor Agreement” of the issued RFQ/P - Addendum.
