Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 690 West Adams Circle, Woodsboro, Maryland 21798 at 11:00 AM EST. Each Contractor shall completely satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of the site location and requirements of the specifications for extent and quality of the work to be performed. Failure to do so shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract. Due Date: March 18, 2026, by 1:00 PM EST.
