      The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Bids from Qualified subcontractors on the relocation of Bay County Fire Station #8 located at 2115 County Road 2321, Panama City, Florida 32409. The new location will be the old Southport baseball fields located at 2120 Ball Park Road, Southport, FL 32409. 

      Work improvements included are generally described as Concrete slab, Sprung Unit, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Wooden Deck/Walkway. Trade contractors may bid one or multiple divisions of work. 

      The project may be reimbursed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as part of Disaster Recovery from Hurricane Michael FEMA Grant tag GRNT-2019-11*County 2019-11-Co, DR4399. It is imperative that Respondents examine and become familiar with the Public Assistance Program established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  Funding for the project may be made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and FEMA.  Respondents will comply with the Supplemental General Conditions FEMA shown at Exhibit 2. A third party consultant may be utilized to provide Construction Engineering
