• Project Details —

  The  Bay  County  Board  of  County  Commissioners  (County)  seeks  bids from qualified vendors to construct a new ADA compliant boardwalk with a small observation deck at the end of the boardwalk.  The project will also include a new 5’ wide sidewalk from the roadway  to  the  boardwalk. An  as-built  survey  shall  be  provided  to  the  County  upon completion of work.  The existing boardwalk has been demolished. Project may not begin until closing of the 2026 turtle nesting season which ends October 31, 2026.

  Vendors shall be  Florida  licensed  Building  Contractor  or  General  Contractor.  Sub-Contractors shall be Florida licensed in their trade. Bids  may  be  deemed  nonresponsive  if  not  accompanied  by  proof  of  State  of  FloridaContractor’s License.
