  The  Bay  County  Board  of  County  Commissioners  (County)  seeks  bids from qualified vendors to install vinyl sheet piles with a concrete cap and two new sets of stairs leading down into the water for lake access in Ira Hutchinson Park located at 4405 Hwy 2321, Panama City FL 32404.  The old seawall demolition will occur after the new seawall is installed.

  Vendors shall  be  Florida  licensed  Building  Contractor  or  General  Contractor.  Sub-Contractors shall be Florida licensed in their trade. Bids  may  be  deemed  nonresponsive  if  not  accompanied  by  proof  of  State  of  FloridaContractor’s License.
