It is the intent of Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court to obtain bids to establish a purchase order for the purchase of Business Card printing services for use in the Municipal Court Clerk's Office, 375 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The Purchase Order shall not be construed as an actual order to manufacture, ship or provide any items or services. Rather, this order enables properly authorized Clerk’s Office personnel to make purchases on an as needed basis per the referenced solicitation. The term of this contract is for one (1) year. The term of this contract shall be from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This contract shall not automatically renew. Specs: Card size - 2 H x 3 1/2 W. Paper – 14 point card stock. Paper color - white. Paper cover - uncoated. Printing - raised lettering, one sided, black ink. Quantities could range from 250 or more per order. Delivery of finished product shall be delivered no later than the 10 business day from the date of the order (Excluding Holidays). No funds are expended unless a Business Card order is placed. Example of card is attached. Proofing - Proof required. Proof shall be reviewed and approved prior to production. ARTWORK: The cost of any necessary artwork shall be included as part of the final total bid. All shipping and handling charges shall be included in the price for each quantity listed below. DELIVERY: Bid shall include cost of required inside delivery, F.O.B. destination prepaid and allowed.
