The goal is to secure a fully compliant, high-quality roofing system with a minimum expected lifespan of 20 years. The project shall be completed no later than December 31, 2026.A site visit will begin at McCollum High School, at 500 W Formosa Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78221 on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM CT and will immediately continue to Harlandale High School 114 E. Gerald Ave, San Antonio, TX 78214. All contractors will be required to present proper identification at both high schools. Late arrivals will not be permitted, to avoid campus disruption. Walkthrough is not mandatory however highly encouraged.
