The purpose of this RFQ is to seek a consulting firm or team with expertise in trail design, engineering, landscape architecture and site design to design Cedar Creek Streamway Trail Phase IV. Phase IV picks up where Phase I began, in Lake Olathe Park at the edge of the lake. The City’s vision for this project includes a bridge across Lake Olathe, a trailhead parking lot, a restroom facility and required site improvements. Recommendations shall align with the Olathe Trails and Greenways Guiding Plan as well as the Parks & Recreation Master Plan. The City is requesting proposals for this work and firm selection will be qualifications-based
