    Description

    THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental for 58156 Fire Alarm Replacement at College Court until 2:00 PM (CDT) on Friday, June 5, 2026, at the Housing Authority BID DESK, located on the second floor at 650 West Reservoir Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212, when all bids will be publicly opened.

     

    A pre-bid inspection for prospective bidders is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026. We will meet promptly at 9:00 AM, at College Court, 3334 West Highland Boulevard, Milwaukee, WI 53208. The next walk-though will commence at 10:15 AM at Mitchell Court, 2600 W. National Avenue, Milwaukee WI, 53204. If prospective bidders cannot attend this scheduled pre-bid inspection, then prospective bidders may contact Mike Barrile of Eppstein Ehen Architects, mikeb@eua.com, 414-298-2261, to arrange an alternate date and time for an inspection of the site before submitting a bid.
