PURPOSE: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement to purchase Air Monitor Calibration and Maintenance Parts and Services as listed herein on an as needed basis. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will be in effect from date of execution through May 31st, 2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. Invoicing: All invoices are to be emailed to DPUInvoices@columbus.gov SCOPE OF SERVICES: Services are for the maintenance, service, and calibration of Air Monitors and Testing Stations including but not limited to the following equipment: MSA ALTAIR 5X AIR MONITOR MSA ALTAIR 4X AIR MONITOR MSA ALTAIR 4XR AIR MONITOR BLACKLINE GX7 AIR MONITOR MSA GALAXY AUTOMATIC TESTING SYSTEM Vendor must be a certified and authorized dealer of MSA air monitors and equipment. Vendor must support all Manufacturer warranties. Any calibration performed must be completed by certified technicians and in accordance with NIST guidelines and standards. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: For each line, please provide the unit cost as requested. These additional line items will be made available to the City at the pricing submitted through the Indefinite Quantity Agreement expiration date. Any charges not specifically listed here will not be approved for payment, should a purchase order be awarded. Line #10 – Hourly Rate – HOUR Line #20 – Maintenance Fee (per machine) – EACH Line #30 – Calibration Fee (per machine) – EACH Line #40 – Repair Parts – EACH Line #50 – Miscellaneous Charges - EACH ...... Bids should include all fees, set-up, shipping, and handling if applicable. No hidden costs shall be revealed later.
