    Description

    PURPOSE: To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for Floor Scrubber Repair Services & Parts on an as needed basis for the City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities. The estimated dollar amount to be spent on this agreement is $10,000.00. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under this Agreement and are for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount, or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The Agreement will expire on 6/30/2027. Any available funds not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be cancelled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. This agreement will be for multiple locations of the Department of Public Utilities. This service agreement will permit calling-in a FACTORY AUTHORIZED service technician for PM’s, making repairs due to breakdown of our pressure washers. All maintenance and repairs need to be performed onsite unless extensive repairs mandate offsite work. Response time shall be within 24 hours of request. These line items will be made available to the City at the pricing submitted through Indefinite Quantity Agreement expiration date. Any charges not specifically listed here will not be approved for payment, should a purchase order be awarded.
