The City of Santa Fe Public Utilities Department is looking for the Purchasing Division's official determination on this sole source.

Background

The core continuity of Services include the following:
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, hosting services, application management, technical support and provide professional services necessary to maintain continuity of the existing ConserveTrack environment and to avoid disruption to the Coty of Santa Fe conservation operations. This includes preserving the current hosted system, maintaining application availability, supporting City of Santa Fe users and carrying forward prior City of Santa Fe specific configuration and development work.

Overall Sole Source justification:
The requested services are connected to an existed vender-developed software environment that includes proprietary and nonpublic technical information. This procurement narrative is seeking continuation and completion of services within a specialized environment that includes both city-owned operational data and contractor-owned proprietary technology.
