• BRAIN Core Software version upgrades over the duration of the subscription period of three years
• Basic Maintenance includes scheduled and ad hoc software releases addressing bugs and releasing patches over the duration of the subscription period of three years

NOTE: The BRAIN software is currently being used by the City and proprietary to GridWatch (see attached proposal).
