Vendor shall provide documentation of license and commercial experience for plumbers prior to award of contract. • Vendor shall also employ plumber's helpers or apprentices to assist in various tasks when approved by CM or AR. The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications:
