Minimum Qualifications Bidder Minimum Qualifications The Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications: The Bidder shall have five (5) years of experience in commercial Plumbing business, maintain current State of Maryland Master Plumbers Technician License, and have available a minimum work force of two (2) State of Maryland licensed commercial Plumber’s Journeyman Technicians with a minimum of five (5) years commercial Plumbing experience each. Required Documentation: The Bidder must provide documentation of licenses and commercial experience for technicians when requested by Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration. All work performed under this contract shall be completed by technicians that hold a current State of Maryland Plumber Journeyman License. Proof of Contractor’s qualifications may be requested at MDOT SHA’s sole discretion. The Bidder shall provide with its bid "Attachment E Reference Checks" three (3) or more references; the name, address, telephone number and point-of-contact of at least three (3) firms, for which the bidder has provided commercial HVAC services within the preceding twenty-four (24) months. References will be checked prior to award. Any negative responses received may result in disqualification of the bid.
