The rapid adoption of AI technologies – both centrally approved and user-produced – creates governance challenges related to data privacy, cybersecurity, bias mitigation, model transparency, auditability, regulatory compliance, and institutional risk exposure.This RFP seeks proposals for a comprehensive AI Governance and Monitoring Platform and associated services that will enable UTHSA to establish centralized oversight, risk classification, policy enforcement, performance monitoring, lifecycle management, and audit readiness across all AI use cases. Solutions MUST support healthcare and higher education regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, FDA considerations, state privacy laws, and emerging AI regulations.No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
