This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE  Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 (c) (1) (iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1.5M, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.The New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development’s (“HPD” or “the agency”) as part of the Housing Project Management System (HPMS) project, we are requesting Copado licenses to support the development team’s needs for version control, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment.The selected vendor/software to streamline Salesforce DevOps by offering an end-to-end platform for continuous integration, delivery, and automated testing. It should simplify version control, enhance collaboration between developers and administrators, and reduce deployment errors through built-in quality gates.
